I think as long as it is not used to push one side or the other like all media outlets in this country then this could actually be a great thing. I have taken some time to check it out and so far that is what I am seeing. Fair and even coverage for whom evere would like to participate. Great job 20dc.

Pretty interesting...good idea as long as it doesn't get lopsided. Everyone has a right to their opinion, & I'd like to see if people can share ideas like adults.

GREAT IDEA! I THINK EVERYONE HAS THE RIGHT TO THEIR OWN OPINION, BUT, IN THIS DAY AND AGE WE NEED TO SOUND OUR OPINION'S TO EACH OTHER TO SEE IF THEY ARE OF BASE OR NOT. THAT IS WHY I THINK THIS SITE IS GOOD.

The site seems cool. I like that everyone can have a voice and write about what they believe. Still, I wish it wasn't divided just red side and blue side, where do you put your opinions if you aren't "blue" or "red"?

Compete.com has 20dc.com with only 832 unique visitors per month. Looks like they had some growth until December 07, then it almost flatlined. What's going on there? Hope this featured pitch gives you the boost you need to get going again. Good luck!

@Peter: You're totally right, it's very convenient that the first 5 comments are all extremely positive ones (not to mention similar) and they were most definitely posted by the same person (or people from within the same spammy company). I've been around this game far too long and these guys are blatantly obvious and the biggest teller is how someone from the site responded to your comment directly trying to act all innocent... oh and ps this site is garbage and there a ton out there just like it...they're called forums, digg politics category and politics subreddit. vote them down.

1-minute pitch OK, but I'm not sure how good the product is. Isn't better for the candidates to run a campaign in Facebook and MySpace, instead of dedicating more efforts into a new site without any strong user base?
