Any of these real estate players ever here of Homestore and that flameout?? Deadpool. Remember this little web people. If you have a little consulting business with some small IP and you make some money. Keep going all that VC will do is absorb your time, waste $$$ on lawyers and you'll stop making money and deadpool yourself.

Watch out....MLS can kill your entire business without blinking. The only real differentiator is that you attempt to make the site SEO friendly.... not too difficult to build a site that way (that is not the hard part)

Had to turn up the volume way to high to hear you, man. I lost you about half way through and didn't get why you were talking about "unlocked CSS" when you were pitching a real estate site. Good luck, but if someone important like a VC was watching, they'd see you nervous and shaking. Not very professional at all, especially with the hat lol.
