I actually use this and it's great. My favorite of all project management applications for small to medium sized businesses. Design and layout is intuitive and simple yet powerful with fast page loads. I reviewed several of them including Zoho, LiquidPlanner, Comindwork, etc. and Central Desktop is the best in its category.

The real problem with this site is they lack the on and offline sync plus granula folder and document sharing. I can work on my google docs while on an airplane which makes traveling much more productive since you have nothing else to do on a plane. With this service I would have to do the work in word and spend 30 minutes copying and pasting it in the right places. To me this is a huge waste of time. Furthermore as a CEO of a startup I have people who I want opinions on certain close to release aspects of the app I am building but I don't want them to have access to the more sensitive IP related stuff. It is hard to use a service even if it is very easy to use that doesn't account for these two issues. Still it is a very good site.
