Climate change is a fact. Human cause of the climate change is not. It's just one of many theories and not even the most plausible one. It is certainly the most hyped one though.

OK business plan. You need to focus on a niche "green market". Right now it is a waste of time to go to large corporations or normal businesses. But you need to get on this asap. go after green house builders and other green companies.

Good idea but. - Tracking carbon is not enough. How do we take concrete actions from there? -> How do you make your footprint Zero? - What are differentiators wrt other companies doing this carbon tracking stuff?

I listened to it 3 times and I still haven't a clue what it is they actually do. I believe, at one point, she mentioned integrating software with software, and then social networks... I'm sorry but it sounds like a lot of fluff.

i'm having a hard time trying to figure out how they are going to make money in the long run. what's the real benefit for the user other than being able to reduce your carbon footprint. i truly believe zero footprint won't be successful until there is a carbon tax or some other financial disincentive to reduce your carbon footprint. in my humble opinion, the incentives aren't there. nice try though. how many times did the chick say "essentially"?

The software license model doesn't work for me. Why try to sell the software to all those entities? Just put up one website, allow anyone to register and go after a ad revenue mode.

Too Generalized, almost sounds like it is only at the idea stage. BTW human's contribution to the SPEED of climate change isn't a myth.

I would never use it because it sounds like a silly, pseudo-scientific green pitch. But I actually think it has the potential to make money.

@Mike: I agree. She doesn't sound like she knows what shes talking about; I heard a lot of buzz words but nothing about what the company does or why it will make money. And quotes like "we not only do that by leveraging software and it integrating it with software and other software" are highly unimpressive. Write a script, then film, then edit, then refilm if necessary.

2008 coldest year in a while...it ain't the carbon footprint... greatest challenge of century so far is Islamic terrorism - carbon won't be an issue when NYC or Toronto is hit with a nuke she's annoying, essentially, actually - there is one sentence in that pitch that states what they do - condense it to the money statement...
